Dinner Plans

On this program, host Gail Bellamy, food-editor of Restaurant Hospitality magazine, cookbook author, and food-historian, gets dinner plan ideas from a food professional. Each week the guest provides recipes for easy weeknigh meals, one even inspired by scene from a movie. Along the way, Ms. Bellamy and her guests will provide helpful hints from shopping tips to how to handle leftovers. At the end of each program, Ms. Bellamy talks to a beverage professional about drinks to go with the suggested recipes of the week. Listeners will always know where to get their dinner plans.
